I just got home from vacation tonight and found out that the winner chosen in a random drawing was Nikki, better known as zappyturtle! Congrats, Nikki!

Surprise! Vacation!!

Surprise! Hubby and I are going on vacation tomorrow through Sunday! We are going to nail down a plan (which means decide where to go) and pack tonight and take off in the morning.

It seems so strange to be going just the two of us. This is our first vacation as "empty nesters." Plus we have rarely taken vacations all our lives. So we are excited to be getting to go somewhere!

I am happy that this afternoon I am going to the fabric store with Maria (my daughter-in-law) and Kylie Jade (my baby granddaughter) ! I wonder which design and color will be your favorite? I picked the music design in a pink onesie. My baby granddaughter would look smashing in that, and it would be especially appropriate since both her parents play guitar.
